Cesar, a King Shepherd is 1 ½ years old and weighs 92 pounds. He was found in the hills south of Rosarito Beach, He was being cared for by some people that already had dogs, and couldn’t take him in. He does need to put on several pounds but other than that he is very healthy. Obviously he needs lots of room to run. King Shepherds are loyal, smart and very friendly.
