Meet Leah. She came to us, long ago, from our local shelter where she was taken after being hit by a car. She suffered numerous fractures, but has now recovered and is full of spunk. The vet thinks she is about 3 years old. She weighs about 13 lbs. She is a very active little one who needs a secure fenced yard and gentle children or adults to play with. She is doing great with her house training. She's a very affectionate little girl who deserves to have a loving, devoted family. She loves to snuggle and be a velcro kid on the sofa with people. She's not a barker, but will alert you to things when she feels you need it. She has a microchip implant for identification. SHE DOES NOT LIKE CATS. Her adoption donation is $150.
We do not live in a shelter, we live in homes with families. To meet us, you must submit the adoption application from our web site, www.Pekesandpals.org. You must also supply the contact info required for reference checks, and allow a home visit to make sure it is the right environment for us to thrive in. You must also be willing to sign the adoption contract when you adopt one of us, as Pekes and Pals NEVER wants us to end up in a bad situation again and they will take us back, no matter what the reason.
